Details on orders, shipping, and returns for 19-PAUL.
ORDERS
All 19-PAUL items are made to order in our Chicago studio. Once an order is placed, it enters our technical production queue. Please allow 5-10 business days for construction before shipment. You will receive a confirmation email once your order is processed.
SHIPPING
We offer worldwide shipping via tracked carriers. Domestic orders typically arrive within 3-5 business days after production. International shipping times vary by location. Duties and taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS
Due to the made-to-order nature of our architectural streetwear, we handle returns on a case-by-case basis. Items must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to initiate a request.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are available for sizing issues, subject to fabric availability. Since each piece is technical and custom-sewn, exchanges may require a new production lead time of 5-10 business days.
