Why does made-to-order take longer?
Because nothing exists until you buy it. No overstock, no landfill, no guessing which sizes to pre-print. It costs us a few extra days and saves a lot of waste — we think that's the right trade.
Email info@19paulco.com with your order number. We answer every message, usually within one business day.
Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
Reach out within 24 hours at info@19paulco.com and we'll do everything we can. Once a piece enters production it's printed specifically for you and can't be changed or cancelled.
When will my order ship?
Once production finishes, your order goes out and you'll get a tracking number by email. Transit time after that depends on your carrier and location — typically another two to five business days within the US.
